News Relating to Liberation Suite and Libre Office Base 

As some of you may know, Libre Office Base (Firebird embeded engine) has been 'demoted to an experimental feature'.  I have had a long conversation with Google Gemini about this and Gemini has advised that I split the Database and Produce an 'Installation Package'.  Gemini has also   provided User information on how to download this from this webiste.

I have used the 'Old' Java based HSQLDB for a number of years without that many issues - however as someone posted recently - Firebird is going to be the future  - so ideally I want to 'future proof' Liberation Suite - and also other Base applications I have in processs.  Therefore what I have decided to do is to offer the HSQLDB Liberation Suite application whislt I am developing the Installation package.  

I am aware that there is a way to transfer 'table data' from the application and I am hoping this ability will be available and I will be able to explain it.  Can you keep in mind when you are downloading Liberation Suite - HSQLDB, that my intention is to create the installation package (Liberatiosn Suite - Firebird ) and subsequent databased packages as Intallations.
