Three Weeks in July is a Play by Email game based on the Tour de France
The game is played over 21 weeks
In this game you play the part of the Owner of a team consisiting of Support Staff and Riders.
Once you have set your aims for the team and adjusted the attributes, your team competes initially in a 'Time Trial'
On the basis of the results of that, the feedback from the Support Team and Riders, and taking into consideration the details of the following Stage, you then allocated attribute points to your team in order to maximize the potential of the team to achieve the objecives you have set.
This will be what you will be doing for the next 20 Stages/weeks.
You will be playing against 20 other teams each with objectives that may or may not be the same as yours.
The percentage of one of your riders winning the stage, or even the overall Tour is 0.53%, and one of your team winning the tour is 4.76%.
That means that if you win, it will be because of your skill. planning and the tactical out-maneuvering of your opponents
